Lee Jae Bok has a worldwide reputation as a badminton coach. He was one
of the top players in the world; he was the Korean Singles (1980),
Doubles (1979) and Mixed Doubles Champion (1981). In terms of his
coaching career, he was the National Coach for Korea and England. I had
the fortune of meeting the big boss himself and he increased the power
of my smash several folds in just 5 minutes! This video is only the tip
of the iceberg!

Peter Rasmussen is pretty awesome, he's a former World Champion and
European Champion. I remember watching the World Championship Finals in 1997 (in
Glasgow I think) between Peter Rasmussen and Sun Jun, it was a mammoth
marathon between the two and I think it ended with Sun Jun having a
cramp but still went on. Apparently, Peter claims that the reason why he
was so successful on the badminton court was because of his studies of
Bushido, an ancient Japanese philosophy and his mentor, Miyamoto Musashi,
a great samurai. Rasmussen had to face the fact of losing before he can
entertain the thought of winning. Peter proved that his philosophy of
playing badminton was very successful. After finding Bushido and
practicing it, Peter went on a 6 month winning streak that culminated
tournaments such as the Japan Open, the Nordic Championship, the Danish
Championship and finally the World Championships ... anyway, this video
shows Peter demonstrating the jump smash, his technique of using the
momentum of the arms works very well.
