Lin Dan, Xia Xuanze and Bai Chunlai Singles Sparring Practice

This is a pretty good video if Lin Dan sparring against I think Xia Xuanze (it's a little too blurred to tell but the body shape and his posture suggest it's him), and then sparring against Bao Chunlai. Last I heard, Xia Xuanze is still doing a lot of work with the Chinese singles team and quite a bit of work with Lin Dan (news from his website, helps if you can read Chinese), it looks like he's moving Lin Dan around the court and giving him quite a hard time.

Sorry I haven't posted for a few days, my car broke and I have been busy buying a new car! Anyway, this is another privately filmed video if Wong Mew Choo training at MBA Punching in Malaysia. This is three weeks before the Beijing Olympics. Wong Mew Choo eventually reached the quarter-finals and was defeated by Lu Lan (China). She is perhaps better known for her endurance and stamina because apparently she trains alongside male players.

Lee Choong Wei defence training drill at MBA Puchong

I think Lee Choong Wei has one of the best singles defence in the World. I just wish he could put up a better fight when he played against Lin Dan in the Olympics (2008) Final. However, he seems to have a psycological block against Lin Dan historically (this is only my personal opinion btw).
