I know this is not a video but I think it's worth having it here. Although
this page is in Japanese but the pictures are very clear. I made quite a
few of these a few years ago and it's very easy!

Miscellaneous Video
This is quite a laugh, from a Korean TV comedy show. It is in Korean but I don't
think you need to know Korean to understand what's going on. It shows the
Korean legend Kim Dong Moon smashes a shuttlecock into a piece of wood,
and then he serves into a shuttlecock tube. Also, Beijing Olympic gold
medalist in Mixed Doubles, Lee Yong Dae smashes a watermelon with a
shuttlecock.

For some reason, I suddenly got very busy and not had time to update but
I'm back. This is quite an interesting video, it shows how a modern
badminton racket is made, some explanations as to how string tension can
affect performance and the grading of shuttlecocks.
Badminton Racket Town in China
Date added: 29th Oct 2008
Category:
Miscellaneous Video
This is a good little documentary about a town in China where all the
village women and children string racket for a bit of extra income. The
sight of all the women on the street stringing rackets is quite surreal.

Zhang Ning's Documentary - The Road to Beijing (Olympic Journey)
This is possibly one of the best badminton related videos I've seen. This
is a documentary about both her sport life and private life. This is quite
an incredible story, she's been around for years (I still remember her
match against Mia Audina in the 1994 Uber Cup) but Zhang's breakthrough
was in the 2003 World Championships, where she stormed into the final and
defeated Gong Ruina. She then carried on to win numerous titles and has
just won Gold in the 2008 Olympics.
